Returns Policy

We hope that all our customers are happy with their purchases from The Practice CBD. However, if you do have any problems whatsoever, please contact us at so we can do our best to resolve them.

We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by The Practice CBD. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away. If you are return-shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused in the original condition and packaging. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with The Practice CBD at before the product is returned.

How do I return an item?

Are there any charges for returns?

You are responsible for any return shipping charges if the item is not damaged. Damaged items are returned free of charge and you will be provided with details once you’ve contacted us.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
